“FOOD Quality in Digital Age” presented in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates!

On 25-28.11.2024, Prof. Bartosz Sołowiej, leader of the Food Quality in Digital Age project, visited Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates together with the Marshall of the Lublin Region, entrepreneurs and representatives of the Medical University of Lublin and Lublin University of Technology. The delegation met with representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland and the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development. At the meeting with Rashed Al Blooshi – Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and representatives, including the Ministry of Agriculture and clusters, Prof. Bartosz Sołowiej gave a presentation on the
assumptions of the “FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project, study visits and obtained research results.

In addition, the aforementioned delegation participated in the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition (ADIFE). The ADIFE fair is one of the largest events in the Gulf region dedicated to the food industry. The event attracts exhibitors, manufacturers and professionals from around the world every year,
offering them a platform to showcase the latest products, technologies and innovations in the food field.
