„FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project presented at the event of the Lublin Business Club in Lublin, Poland

On October 28th, 2024 Prof. Bartosz Sołowiej – Coordinator of the project “FOOD Quality in Digital Age” – took part in the event organized by the Lublin Business Club Association entitled “Power Planet: Human-Environment-Business” where he gave a lecture on the „Trends in nutrition and health on the example of the Food Quality in Digital Age and Lublin Digital Union projects.”

The event centered on the latest directions and challenges in sustainable development, green transformation and ESG management. Over 100 participants from the regional business and academia community attended, creating a valuable space for exchanging insights and gaining inspiration to drive responsible initiatives forward. The networking session provided an ideal opportunity for participants to discuss potential collaborations between academia and industry, with a particular focus on advancing sustainability within the food production sector.

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
