On October 6th, 2023 doc. Mgr. Soňa Hermanová, Ph.D. from the Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic presented the “FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project as a part of the Czech European Researchers’ Night – “Mystery”. The stand dedicated to 3D food printing was available from 6 p.m. till midnight and it was visited by more than 100 participants, especially young generation and seniors.
On September 8th, 2023 doc. Ing. Miroslav Kročko, PhD. from the Slovak University of Agriculture (SPU) in Nitra presented the “FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project during a seminar entitled “Food Quality And Safety: Current Trends in Food Management and Control Systems” intended for the local/regional stakeholders and students. The seminar was organized by the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Science of SPU in Nitra, specifically the Institute of Food Science. 84 practitioners from the food quality and safety sector and 60 students took part in the event.
