“FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project presented in Poland during the EKoGala: Organic Food Fair!
On Saturday, December 14th, 2024, a delegation from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin – the Coordinator of the “FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project – participated in the EKoGala: Organic Food Fair, held at the G2A Arena in Jasionka near Rzeszów in Poland.
The University was represented by Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation, Prof. dr hab. Bartosz Sołowiej, along with dr hab. eng. Maciej Nastaj, dr. eng. Jagoda Szafrańska, MSc eng. Anna Krajewska, MSc eng. Robert Waraczewski and representatives of the Recruitment and Promotion Department – MSc eng. Weronika Kowalska and MSc Katarzyna Krzaczkowska.
During the event, attendees learned about research achievements of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin in the field of natural sciences and food technology – with a particulat emphasis on the „FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project – as well as explored the educational offerings of the University.
The University’s booth attracted significant interest from visitors, including students considering further education and individuals curious about innovations in organic food. Prof. Bartosz Sołowiej, the project coordinator, delivered a brief presentation on the actions and outcomes of the „FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project, highlighting its contributions to the field.
