Lublin, Poland, 27 – 30 May 2024

A group of PhD students and researchers from Slovakia, Serbia, Hungary and Czechia will travel to the Applicant’s premises in Lublin, Poland for a study visit that will include part 5 of the 5-modules training for researchers on digital food quality evaluation methods.

The Host will provide a module on the surface (roughness and optical microscopy) analysis and textural/rheological properties of food product. Programme of the visit will also include field trips to local food production companies, communication & dissemination activities, networking with stakeholders and a project meeting (project management).

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
